Rate per night for 2 guests

Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, small assortment of tea and coffee as well as high-speed wifi are included in the rates.

Cleaning Fee

Per stay                          65 EUR

Local Tourism- and Climate Protection Tax

5,6% of accommodation costs

The Tourism- and Climate Protection tax is levied continuously throughout the year by the City of Constance on all accommodations. A visitor's pass will be issued with which you can obtain reductions at numerous tourist attractions around the Lake Constance. Furthermore, it entitles you to ride the Constance city busses free of charge throughout your stay. More infos can be found here. 

Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the full amount will be due after your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to raise a cancellation fee if we cannot re-rent the apartment during the duration of your cancelled stay. Details will be provided with the rental agreement. 

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights throughout the year.
