Tourist tax for visitors over the age of 16

Per day                        2,50 EUR

The tourist tax is levied continuously throughout the year by the City of Constance and costs 2,20 EUR per day for all visitors over the age of 16. A numbered visitor's pass will be issued with which you can obtain reductions at numerous tourist attractions around the Lake Constance. Furthermore, it entitles you to ride the Constance city busses free of charge throughout your stay. 

Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the full amount will be due after your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to raise a cancellation fee if we cannot re-rent the apartment during the duration of your cancelled stay. Details will be provided with the rental agreement. 

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights throughout the year.
